Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Authentik Attik. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact our customer service team at authentikattik@gmail.com or 414-810-ATIK to complete your return.

Returns:
Return your purchased product from Authentik Attik within 10 calendar days of delivery, and you’ll receive a site credit unless the item is Handbags, Shoes or marked Final Sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The security tag must be attached to your item and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a site credit unless an item is misrepresented on the website or damaged. If your item is damaged a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
